GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE
Every order is shipped to be delivered on time.* You will receive 50% off our full retail price on any item that is late. The discount is on a per item basis and will not be applied to the entire order unless the entire order is late.

The guaranteed delivery date is set as soon as the following conditions are met.

1. You have confirmed your order by replying to our "final confirmation" e-mail or fax.
2. You have confirmed your graphic sample.
3. A 50% deposit has been made or all required PO documents have been confirmed received.

After all conditions are met we will send you a notification with your guaranteed delivery date. You must retain a copy of this notification to insure the guaranteed delivery date.

During our peak season (February 1st May 31st), Uniforms Express can guarantee delivery in two to eight weeks. However, the 50% discount for late delivery only applies to orders placed where an 8 week guarantee is given. If the guaranteed time during the peak season is 7 weeks, the adjusted discount will be 40%, 6 weeks 30%, 5 weeks 20%, 4 weeks 10%, and less than 4 weeks will be 5%.

* Uniforms Express will ship uniforms via UPS at a UPS service level that ensures on-time delivery. If late delivery is caused by UPS's failure to meet their service guarantee, Uniforms Express will not assume responsibility and no discounts will be given.

Uniforms Express is a multi-national company with production in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Uniforms Express will not assume responsibility for late deliveries that are caused by events outside the control of Uniforms Express. These events include but are not limited to shipments held in customs, power outages and other catastrophic events.

** Caps and other accessory items not made by Uniforms Express are excluded from the guarantee.
